Do you handle returns (reverse logistics)?


Yes, we have an entire department that handles returns. To facilitate accurate returns processing we prefer a return merchant authorization number (RMA), generated through the Elite OPS web portal. This is so we can identify to whom the return belongs, and accurately process the return.

As soon as we receive a return, you immediately get an email that the item was received in our warehouse. The returns are then inspected for signs of usage and its condition is evaluated. Based on your direction we can put the returned item back in inventory, set it aside and ship it back to you, or, discard it.
