How long does your receiving process take?
We require that you notify us of incoming product through our “Expected Receipt” process on our client portal. When your products arrive, an email is automatically sent to you. They are then counted, inspected and the quantities are verified. At that point, you will receive an email that your products have been received and are ready to ship. This is completed within 24 hours of receiving your product for same SKU pallets and 48-72 hours for mixed pallets or items that need QC inspections.
